This website describes and provides access to the Cleverotter static site hosting service. Use of the service itself is governed by the Terms of Service.

The design, text, graphics, source code and structure of this website are owned by Hola Money S.L. or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without written authorisation is not permitted, except as allowed by law.

This does not affect the content our customers host, which remains theirs.

04Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published here, except where the law provides otherwise.

As a hosting provider, our liability for content stored at the request of our customers is governed by Articles 4 to 6 of the Digital Services Act and by Articles 13 to 17 of the LSSI-CE. In summary: we do not monitor customer content in general, and we act to remove or disable access to illegal content once we obtain actual knowledge of it. See Notice and Action.
