Yes. It does not expire, it does not ask for a card, and your site does not stop serving on day thirty. Static files are cheap for us to serve, and we would rather you stayed and told someone.
We email you. Nothing is charged and nothing is suspended without you knowing first. If you want to keep serving, extra bandwidth is €1 per 100 GB.
No. Invite as many people as you like on any tier, including free. Charging for collaborators is a tax on working with other people.
Any time, from the dashboard. Billing is monthly and there is no annual commitment. If you downgrade, your sites keep serving within the lower allowance.
No. Neither has shipped, so neither is billed. When they do ship they are included in Scale at no extra cost — see the roadmap.
